Getches-Wilkinson Center for Natural Resources, Energy, and the Environment

The Getches-Wilkinson Center for Natural Resources, Energy, and the Environment (GWC) produces research to help identify and solve natural resources, energy, and environmental challenges. The Center convenes thought leaders and practitioners to address the most pressing issues facing public lands, tribal resource management, climate change, and energy development in Colorado, across the nation, and abroad. 


The Laboratory for Energy and Environmental Policy Innovation (LEEP), a policy innovation lab based at the University of Colorado, Boulder, works with partners around the world to develop and support real-time policy experiments, establish networks for learning and exchange, and contribute to effective policy outcomes.
